We ship all orders via UPS. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before they leave our facility.

Shipping times begin after processing is complete.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 1–3 business days

United States: 2–6 business days

International: 5–10 business days

Operating from Canada, we offer prompt delivery throughout North America and to international destinations.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address used at checkout. 

Please note that Olive Raw Hair is not liable for packages once they are in transit.

All Olive Hair products require a signature for shipment delivery.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

We are not responsible for possible delays by the shipping carriers network. We have no control over weather, warehouse processing or any other delay through the shipping carriers network. 

You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Olive Raw Hair's shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
