Order Terms
At Olive Hair Extensions, our products are offered as either ready-to-ship items or pre-orders. Pre-orders apply to items currently in production and not yet available in stock. Any product listed with a specific future shipping date in the description falls under this category. In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Approved cancellations within this timeframe are subject to an 5% processing fee. After the 24-hour window has passed, all purchases are considered final and are no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Please note that once an in-stock order is placed, processing begins immediately. Orders are prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days. Shipping time estimates begin once the package has been handed to the carrier and do not include processing time.
After an order has been submitted, we are unable to make changes.
All sales become final after 24 hours and cannot be changed or cancelled beyond that timeframe.
Order Changes
At Olive Hair Extensions, orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we’re unable to adjust shipping details once an order has been confirmed.
Once payment has been submitted, orders cannot be modified. If an incomplete or invalid address is entered (such as a missing apartment or unit number), please monitor your tracking updates closely.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact our team promptly at info@olivehairextensions.com so we can assist with arranging a new shipment. An 5% processing fee will apply to orders redirected back to our distribution center because of address errors.
Olive Hair Extensions is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or delayed due to inaccurate shipping information entered at checkout.
All purchases made with Olive Hair Extensions are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction, as cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

If you decide to color your extensions, we strongly recommend performing a strand test first to ensure the desired outcome before applying any chemicals to the full set. Professional-grade salon products and factory processing methods differ significantly, and results may vary.
Improper chemical processing can compromise the integrity of the hair. Potential outcomes include dryness, shedding, tangling, matting, or breakage. Olive Hair Extensions is not responsible for damage resulting from chemical services performed after purchase.
For permanent color changes or chemical treatments, we strongly advise consulting a licensed professional. Hair extensions are an investment, and professional handling is essential to preserving their quality and lifespan.
