Due to health and hygiene regulations, human hair extensions are classified as personal-use items. For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns on opened products. As a result, we do not offer refunds.

EXCHANGES

Our Quality Guarantee.

For health and sanitation reasons, opened human hair extensions are not eligible for return. Consequently, we strictly adhere to a no-return, no-refund policy.

We recognize the inherent difficulty in accurately selecting the correct color when purchasing online. Therefore, we permit exchanges only for unworn, unopened hair extensions that remain in their original, undamaged packaging. All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the designated shipping carrier.

Exchanges can ONLY be made under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Extensions must be unworn, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • All original hair ties and elastics must remain intact and uncut.
  • Extensions must not be altered in any way.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 business days after the delivery in accordance with the tracking information.
  • Extensions with missing, broken, or altered hair ties will not be accepted.For an exchange, extensions must be returned unaltered (e.g., uncombed, unworn, uncoloured, uninstalled). The original ties must be intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to a 5% processing fee. 
  • Exchanges are available for U.S. orders only. International orders are not eligible.
  • Following our receipt and thorough inspection, provided the returned merchandise is verified to be in resalable condition, we will proceed with processing your exchange.
  • Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and address to complete your return. We will gladly accept your hair extensions back for a full exchange, but no refund will be made on any order.

Additional Exchange Policy: For orders that arrive defective or damaged

Inspection and Initial Notification: Immediate and comprehensive inspection upon receipt of your order is mandatory. Should any discrepancies be discovered, notification must be submitted to us via email at info@olivehairextensions.com within seven (7) days of the confirmed carrier delivery date. Communications regarding issues received subsequent to this 7-day period will not be accepted.

Initiating an Inquiry: To formally commence an inquiry, kindly transmit a detailed description of the issue via email, accompanied by clear video and photographic evidence documenting the alleged defect.

Assessment and Condition for Return: Olive Hair shall evaluate the provided documentation to ascertain if an exchange is warranted. In certain circumstances, the return of the item may be necessitated for further investigation. Any returned item must be presented in its original packaging and maintained in an unused, unaltered, and unworn condition.

Exchange Approval: If our investigation conclusively confirms that the item was defective, damaged, unsuitable for its intended use, or materially inconsistent with its description prior to shipment, we shall proceed with an exchange at no supplementary cost to you.

To guarantee the security of your return, kindly utilize a traceable shipping service that incorporates signature confirmation. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are misplaced during transit.
